We offer preventative and restorative care for dogs, cats, birds, poultry, pocket pets, rabbits, and exotic reptiles, from annual wellness exams, vaccinations, routine and non-routine surgeries, digital dental radiology, dentistry, nutritional counseling, weight management, specialty consults, and end-of-life at-home care. We believe that if you’re not sure, just ask!
Whether your pet needs a routine wellness exam, has an unexpected illness, injury, or emergency we will act quickly, intelligently and with compassion.

No moment is wasted when it comes to taking care of your pet; We also care about you! Don’t be surprised if we ask about your day. We love hearing the good, the bad, the ugly and we’re honoured to be a part of your family.
COMFORTABLE
We know that different pets (and pet owners) have different comfort levels. We made it a priority with our hospital expansion to have an ample number of rooms to accommodate privacy and space. We also had our weight scale built right into the floor and designed a special end-of-life “comfort room” with a fireplace, couch, and dimmable lights to allow you and your family to take as much time as you need with your pet.
CALM
You’ll notice large windows with natural light, plants, moss art, water, rocks, and environmentally friendly materials. We want our hospital to BE sterile, but not FEEL sterile. With large recovery areas and a hands on staff, you can rest assured that we treat your special companion like our own.
CONFIDENT
We know that sometimes you have to make difficult decisions. That’s why we will always give you all the time and information you need to make good informed choices for your family. Our knowledgeable and compassionate team will guide you every step of the way.
CHEERFUL
We believe that happy staff equals a happy environment. You’ll often hear us using humour (when appropriate) and enjoying the unique places in our hospital like the quiet room and coffee serving station.

From a greeting by our client concierge, getting a consult from one of our Veterinarians, meeting with our internal medicine specialist, or getting a follow up call from one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians, we make sure that no one is forgotten. Some of our positions include:
Founder / Veterinarian
Her passion lies in the surgery room and has often acted as a referral surgeon for other clinics. She’s a
visionary, a humanitarian, a specialist, a world traveler, and always balancing being an expert and student of learning.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our managers work together to make sure the experience you and your pet have is comfortable, compassionate and competent. From arranging ongoing training for the staff to managing the day to day needs of the clinic our managers keep things running smoothly.
VETERINARIANS
The meat and potatoes of our veterinary team. When you and your pet have a consultation or surgery with one of our veterinarians rest assured you are both in good hands with someone who loves your pet as much as you do. They will work with you in a collaborative way to decide which treatments and diagnostics are best suited for your individual pet. They stay current on the newest research and best practices in veterinary medicine so you know you are getting the best care possible.
REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIANS
Your RVT is your first line veterinary healthcare worker. From admitting and triage to diagnostics and anesthesia your veterinary technicians will work tirelessly to keep your pet safe and comfortable. They stay up-to-date on a variety of subjects by attending conferences and taking courses on a near continuous basis.
CLIENT CONCIERGE AND CLIENT SERVICES
It’s always good to see a familiar face or hear a friendly voice! When you arrive our client concierge will greet you and ensure you have everything you need before you leave. When you call us your call will be answered by a real, live person – no automated system or phone trees to navigate.
VETERINARY ASSISTANTS AND ANIMAL CARE ATTENDANTS
Every house needs a good foundation to build upon. Our Veterinary Assistants and Animal Care Attendants have one goal – keeping pets in our care happy, safe and clean. They might be cleaning a cage or comforting a pet recovering from surgery – wherever they are needed is where you will find them!

Our internal medicine veterinarian brings a set of exceptional diagnostic talents without the needs for a drive out of the region with case reviews, teleconsultations, or in person consults.

We recently invested in new, state-of-the-art, 3D imaging equipment engineered specifically for companion pets. Vimago™ is a new type of CT scanner that employs patented High-Definition Volumetric Imaging (HDVI™) technology that allows veterinarians to scan the entire body in minutes at any angle, thickness, or orientation to see incredibly detailed high-resolution images. This technology can let us view the body in ways that a standard radiograph or ultrasound cannot. We can use this valuable information for surgical planning, giving more informed diagnosis and giving you the information you need to help you make the best choices for your pet.
